  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards along with PayPal, Apple and Google Pay. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We are not responsible for any fees imposed by your bank.
  • Order Processing: Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or issues with payment authorisation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We offer shipping to various locations. Shipping fees and delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: Liquid Strength is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost shipments caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
  • International Shipping: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@liquidstrength.co.uk. Return postage is at the expense of the buyer.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow 28 business days for the refund to be processed.

7. Warranty, Adverse Reactions, and Limitation of Liability

  • Product Warranty: Liquid Strength products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year (unopened) from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Liquid Strength disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Adverse Reactions: Liquid Strength liquid chalk is designed for external use only and must be applied as directed. While our products are generally safe, individual reactions may vary. Users should test the product on a small area of skin before full use to check for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Liquid Strength is not liable for any adverse reactions, skin irritation, allergic responses, or injuries arising from misuse, incorrect application, or failure to follow product instructions. Under no circumstance should the product be ingested through the eyes or mouth. Do not apply on open wounds. In the unlikely event of a reaction, seek medical help immediately and rinse product from skin.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquid Strength shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to physical injury, skin irritation, allergic reactions, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or website.  In no event shall Liquid Strength’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

  • Safety Compliance: Our liquid chalk has undergone thorough safety assessments. The product has received a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) authored by a certified cosmetics professional and submitted to the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS). We maintain comprehensive Product Information Files (PIFs) and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) for our products in compliance with UK regulations. Liquid Strength is registered with the Government of the United Kingdom as per the necessary cosmetic product safety standards.
