Returns & Refunds

• Unopened Products: We gladly accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
• Opened Products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened or used.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
